Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:

- Password (stored as a secure hash)

Usage Information

- API request logs (timestamps, endpoints, response codes)
- Alert metadata (titles, delivery status, timestamps)
- IP addresses and user agent strings
Alert Content
When you send alerts through our API, we temporarily process and store:
- Alert titles and body content
- Priority levels
- Delivery destination information
Alert content is retained for 30 days after delivery for debugging purposes, then automatically deleted.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We receive and store:
- Last four digits of your card
- Card type and expiration date
- Billing address
- Transaction history
How We Use Your Information

- Business transfers: In connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS
- API keys are stored as secure hashes
- Access to production systems is restricted and logged
- Regular security assessments and updates
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained until account deletion
- Alert content: 30 days after delivery
- API logs: 90 days
- Transaction records: 7 years (legal requirement)
